I've created this child a while ago when I just had a big brain moment to world build and I'm exhausted from that world OTL
But!! This is my new child Oswald or Oz!! I'm probably never gonna draw them again in a whileeee |D They're basically a run-away, maybe even wanted? But not for crimes, if anything their "kind" is sought out.

Without going into too many details on the world because bleh: Oz was born with exremely high levels of magic, too high, making them too unstable to control their magic and therefore classifed as "Jokers". Jokers are sought out by the high council to be used as essentially living magical bombs on their enemies and it's pretty inhumain. Oz is one of these Jokers, but ran away from their confinement and has been hiding since.

Oz is very young and shy, keeping away from other people because they're not in control of their magic. Oz befriended a stray cat and named it Merlin c: The cat's name kept being Merlin despite Oz finding out Merlin was actually a girl-
