        Personality
  The youngest and most timid one of the Rowlet triplets. Angel's kind of a sweet mess since he's always worrying for others and himself, especially his family and friends. He is an eager learner and wants to be a more useful pokemon in Nebulous Haven and in the Rowlet Army. He is a bit self-conscious though about his basic status, even though there are other mons in the ranch who are basic, he's a relatively new one bought on purpose.

  Relationships
Iclyn +Pyra - While Angel loves them and appreciates their protective nature, he does feel like a burden for his sisters having to defend his honor of being a basic and try to make it up by being as helpful as he can.

Tanya - He's kinda scared of her. Tanya seems to look down on him and mock him.

Mr. Hoot - Angel looks up to Mr. Hoot in every way and is surprisingly taken under his wing? Mr. Hoot kinda teaches him and considers himself lucky that the strange Rowlet never lays a feather on him.
