Are there multiple exposures involved in this piece? A reflection? I like the red lips and blue eyes, and the mannequin with the rope around it's mouth in the "background". I wish the larger, centered image of the mannequin was more prominent and not faded as much, but whether or not that was a possibility depends on how you created the picture...
