A few months ago, I bought an iPad with the hopes of transitioning from my dinky little knock-off Wacom graphics tablet to a more workable set-up with Procreate and an Apple Pencil. For months, I focused on fantasy cartography, and only as of the last few weeks have begun to work up to character portraits!

This was originally going to be a very quick warm of sketch of everyone's favorite little blue tiefling -- alas, eight hours later, this is a work that I am so incredibly proud of! Jester is a character that means so unbelievably much to me, and it's been such an honor to try to capture her in portrait-form!
