In the depths of the unknown there is a lady of the shadows and it is to her that I write A prelude to the Unforeseen Land.

Twisting rivers twisting streams
Oh twisting waters of my dreams
Heavenly visions of light and dark
Enter the thoughts of my heart
Why won’t she stop shifting to and fro?
Playing my fiddle with her bow
Perhaps none shall ever know why
For it is our time to say goodbye
We are off to the unforeseen land
To awaken our dreams in a pool of pastel sand
