Well, here's my Lancer character. There's nothing else to say about the piece, so I'll mostly will be telling his backstory.
Born in a colony "Southern Breeze" on a planet S-9 "Ulysses", Codey had a natural interest towards all types of technology: from his dad's simple set of wrenches in the garage, to the old hair dryer he found on the streets. Growing up, he already had an anwser on where to go after finishing school - G.M.S. Technical College.
After successfully finishing the college, Codey gets picked up by the local G.M.S. Maintenance And Build Station. Going on the job at the age of 17,5, he works hard towards the current position - Level 4 Mechanic (on the station there are 5 levels in total: Level 1 - allowed to work and help with mechs of size 1, requirements - given upon employment; Level 2 - allowed to work on size 1 mechs and help with mechs of size 1 and 2, requirements - 1 year on the job, passed the qualification test; Level 3 - allowed to work and help on mechs of size 1 and 2, requirements - 2 years on the job, got the level 2, passed the qualification test; Level 4 - allowed to work and help on mechs of size 1/2, 1 and 2, requirements - 4 years on the job, got the level 3, passed the qualification test; Level 5 - allowed to work and help on mechs of size 1/2, 1, 2, 3 and higher, requirements - 8 years on the job, got the level 4, passed the qualification test, got the pilot license).
After some time of working hard enough, he gets enough money to go on pilot training course and buy his own mech. After completing the basic course and being registered as a pilot, Codey decides to start training in a more hostile environment, which, after a long two years of merciless trainings, he gained the right to be called a lancer - the best of the best. Wanting to test out his abilities he goes to The Long Rim - a place where mercenary work is almost on every step. The story goes on, who knows how it may end...
