I can't. I want a new gen graphic card. For this I need a better cpu, an A7 or A5 AMD, and for this I need a new motherboard. So, sumarizing, I need: motherboard, CPU, GPU, memory and a hard drive.

No. It's hard to explain. There's some personal tax regarding the anual rent, and they usually tax you more than you should pay so, every year they have to give you back that extra money.

Just the opposite. Let me explain it. Every month, the government taxes our income based on the anual income expectation. They apply a ratio that greatly varies depending on the amount of that same income. But They do not considerate your personal circumstances. That is, they tax you as if you're living alone. Now, when the time comes I have to do the income tax return. Since we're a four member family, then the ratio is highly decreased. Lets say that they tax me a 25% of my income but, since we're four, they shoul've taxed me a 16%. That difference is what they give me back every year.

Well. We have free education (university not included) and free healthcare, provided by our government along with many other services. So we're ok with it. It's more a problem with the business sector. They want people to spend their money but they do not want to pay what should be considered fair. There's also a business culture on which you have to spend more hours than what's needed working because they like to see you there... working or doing whatever. They do not value workers.

Unless you're talking about the business thing. Then I agree with you and that's what they want here. Many business are employing people for four hours a day, paying them for four hours a day, but making them work 8, 10 or 12 hours a day.

Then yes. Employers here do not respect the employee. They see us as "enemies". And that's a problem. This way you'll never feel empathy for the company. They're doing just the opposite from the top European countries. And nobody seems to know why. Maybe it's part of our culture.

Why? It's the system that we've decided to have. In all Europe. If we want less taxes or no taxes at all we can vote for parties providing this. But we've decided that we should give a part of our income in exchange of public services. Services that many citizens wouldn't be allowed to pay otherwise. We're happy about that.
