It seems that the trainer who tried to catch a Cinderace failed... So he bought a Cinderace peluche and decided to tied it up to kinda compensate with his failure...Venting quite a bit and using some tape and cloth to exercise.
He got banned from the safari zone for 1 month but nothing will stop him to get his revenge on that Cinderace in some way or another.
