Amber-Li's body is all sore after the powering up. It is difficult for her to move, she removed her high heels, gloves and bracelets that were causing disconfort and stayed on the ground massaging her body. She is at her most vulnerable state.

This is the main reasons she rarely uses her power up technique in battle, leaving it as a last resort. Whenever possible, while training, she uses this technique to try to increase her resistance and be able to prolong it and to better recover after it ends. Her current state is already way better than how most users would be, since this technique can leave the user imobile or even kill if misused.
