Pretty suitable for a BG deck, I usually play a mid-rangy sometimes automilling BG deck though and this card would be nuts in them. Flavorwise, I have always picture a MTG creature getting pumped when getting a boost of receiving a +1/+1 counter, and I always picture +X/+0 being like strength even a dry vascular look, and +0/+X as pure bulkiness.

Twice I made a green and white deck to put all the female elves and angels I had, as well other cards featuring female characters I had from these colors and I put all the green and white +/+ cards I had on it to play, just to imagine the girls getting all muscled as I played these cards, lol - In the first try I was able to win some matches with it, but it was not good, lol, the angles had an elevated cost and the sinergy of the deck was not that good. I tried this again years later once Ravnica came out, because it allowed a GW deck that was quite good and one my first cards in this edition was Chorus of the Conclave that while in play allowed to put +1/+1 counters on any creature spell by tapping extra mana.

Lol, you can also make a pretty stable yet weird +1/+1 counters deck with Blue/Green merfolks, imagine a buff merlady swinging at your opponent with her aquatic might

I had few mermaids (two or three, lol). I made the GW deck because for this one I could make a deck with just female characters appearing in the cards, except for the spells and enchantments. But would be interesting.

That's Megumin, from Konosuba, she loves explosion magic and refuses to learn any other type of magic. In the anime looks like explosion magic is the strongest type of attack magic, consuming a lot of mana, way more mana than what she does have, so each time she uses explosion magic she becomes useless for the rest of the combat.

I haven't played in years, but I still have my cards. I played in the school most of the times in the basic 1Vs1, again, most of the times, being able to use every single card we had (no ban list) - we used to call it backyard game when someone that watched us playing appeared saying "that card is/was banned", lol. Sometimes a free for all, in a 20 people table, 20Vs20 looking to each other with eyes that sayed "if you attack me now I'll fuck your game!", lol. We also used to play with the version of the card with the best text when the oponent didn't know how the original text was, because some had translations problems, like the card Tangle, that once you use the atacking creatures can't be untaped on the next untap step, but in portuguese the text translated said it in a way that meant that the creatures couldn't be untaped on all the next untap phases from the moment that card was used, lol.

I sometimes thought of drawing a YGO amazon that would get enhanced with "Strengthening" which is a earth element only spell if I remember correctly ^^
It's fun playing around with that idea, have a dueldisk and just boost your girl-cards muscle mass

yeah, once I wanted to draw some amazons from yu gi oh, but dunno why at some point I gave up the idea. I think it was because of the lack of good reference from the drawing in the card and the very few times they appeared in the anime - I made some amazon decks when playing the GBA and DS versions of the game.

Hopefully Crunchyroll will dub Konosuba to brazilian portuguese in the near future (they are already doing Re: Zero, so isekai anime is on the radar) and you will be able to hear (in portuguese) Megumin say it out loud

I really don't care too much about the dubbed version nowadays, the dubs were quite good in animes and cartoons (cartoons still good) around here like 20-15 years ago, a lot of voices were quite similar to the original source material and when they were different they were most of the times even better than the original, maching perfectly the characters. Dunno what happened that at some point the voice casting started to get worse and worse on anime dubs - I think it was due to four kids, that the TV channels around here started to use the US dubs as reference instead the original japanese ones. Anyway, since then I saw a lot of dubs that when you look to the character and the kind of voice you hear does not match - but I have to say that the emotion represented/passed in the dubs during actions or dramatic scenes got better when compared to most of the old ones.

I would give the Crunchyroll dubs a try (1st episode is free). At least the latin spanish dubs (made at the same time as the portuguese ones, but obviously in different countries) are quite decent, IMO they have only one real defect (which I dunno if it exists in the portuguese dubs).
