Just a sketch of a TF2 Soldier Banner idea I had. A banner built up by time, and damage would make it build faster. The effect would make all nearby allies and yourself reload faster, move faster, switch weapons faster, and possibly shoot faster. Basicly a speed based banner.

For the design, I wanted to make it a more mechanical looking cuckcoo clock clock, so I have the shape of one, while maintaining a clock face and Soldier rocket icon. Gear on the side for fun. I think I might eventually draw a banner and a horn for it, but I'd need some ideas.
