Pear Tree Blossom. They were drifting down on the gentle breeze, thought I better get a shot before they lost all their petals. Played with the contrast and shadow, the little black tips on the end of the stamens are particularly striking. I love this tree, sadly it so big that is has become dangerously tall, so will have to be cut down sometime this year. This will probably be its final curtain of blossoms.
