Fight or flight: flight
Personality: A cocky little street urchin. He's mainly street smart but he also has a fair amount of book smarts from being a student (right before he dropped out, of course). He manages to be wise beyond his years, but that just means he's only as smart as a teenager. He's quick to pick up on disturbances, and he takes care to analyze a situation before jumping in the fray. Despite his lacks-a-daisy attitude, he is still driven through strong morals, however naive they might be.

Powers: He has the ability to conjure illusions in his target's mind. He starts off by trying to make his target make eye contact with a focal point of his choice, which distracts them long enough for him to manipulate their senses. The level of realism he can create for his target depends on how focused he is. He can create decoys, mess with depth perception, and even become completely ignored (which serves as a less taxing form of stealth). The harder he concentrates, the more complex illusions he can create. He can reach to the extent to have complete control over an opponents senses, that he can even make them feel like they're moving, when in reality, they're just standing still.

But his greatest power, that he rarely uses to the full extent, is creating Tulpas. The tulpas are real and are self sustaining. Once he creates one, they exist as a corporeal concept, living as long as they were imagined to live at the time of their creation. He doesn't use this power often, but he likes to use this power to summon familiars, his favorite being a crow. He mainly uses it as a seeing eye and can see what it sees for a short period of time before it fades out of existence (it's limited life span and fading out of existence because he imagined for it to disappear after a certain period of time).

It is a forbidden art and one Ashir stumbled upon in a closed off section of his school's archives. When his teachers discovered this, they attempted to silence him. But he managed to escape, and has been living low ever since.
