I gotta take a moment here to say don't EVER be afraid of starting your story whenever! In fact, the sooner the possible!! A lot of artists I meet are all like, super-secretive about their stories, or like they're afraid they'll draw a ref/write something down but then change that detail/character as they develop their stories and need to destroy any evidence it ever occurred, but I just think that's silly! Working on your stories and getting concrete pictures and ideas down is the BEST way to develop those stories, so BY ALL MEANS GO FOR IT 8) I WILL ROOT FOR IT 200% MAN

you're right about developing my characters xD, I've changed my charactesr so many times, including clothes, hair, and even their whole back stories.
