seconddraftoct.deviantart.com/So I tried doing something for Second Draft OCT with only 3 days left in their grace period. It was a crazy last minute decision and needless to say I didn't make it. But I decided to try it out anyway to test my mettle and I managed to get pretty far for starting from scratch! (Okay not entirely scratch. I re-purposed a story I already had and made it simpler.) But I had all the thumbs done and a couple of pages lined (albeit messy lines) so I went and finished the cover and the rest of the pages!
Before actually reading the comic though, I know it was a bad call but I have to strongly recommend you read everything on the ref sheets before reading the comic. The comic assumes you understand both their backstories (all on the ref sheets) and really won't explain itself.
I fucked up something so basic for an audition, but what'm I gonna do. I only had 3 days and it was all a rush job. Sue me. or don't.
