Description
The sun shone bright upon the heads of many this particular day. But it seemed to shine a bit more at todays happy boy, who has now gotten permission to go into the forest from his parents.
The forest was a somewhat amazing place. It was full of Pokemon which lived in harmony with each other and the humans. Today Nico was so happy that he could't do anything else than thank his loving parents.
”Do not forget your lunch if you get hungry Nico” His mom said with her soft and calming voice, but his father just smiled as he was worried for his son. With so many Pokemon there was bound to be carnivorous Pokemon too, and he did not want him to be the main course.
”No mom I won't” He was happy but he was slightly annoyed that his parents were pretty overprotecting. He had literally been begging on his knees for a month and a half to get to go into the forest, and after two months they had agreed. Nico just got his backpack, put his lunch in it and without his parents notice, some Pokemon food too. There was no reason to not have it with him since there was supposed to be so many Pokemon all over the place. He hoped to see a Pikachu, a Treecko and a big pokemon, he didn't care which one as long as it was big.
He said his final goodbyes and left with his heart full of glee and his backpack full of food and Poke-treats! As he walked towards the forest he seemed to almost float forward, he felt light as a feather and even lighter. Then he stopped and looked into the forest, the trees let through enought light to see everything. When he looked further in he saw a nest with Beedrill in a tree. He took a final glance at his house, his parentss were looking at him from the window, waving and smiling. He then took a step inside, then another one before breaking out into a sprint while laughing happily. This was freedom and he loved it! It was refreshing! He almost wished he didn't have to go back. He just ran and stopped to catch his breath, looking around and finding himself on the road he was supposed to follow when he went into the forest. But he knew where it was so he just walked to the side. As the hours he saw many Pokemon! Bulbasaurs came to him and he just petted them, Spearows and Pidgeys landed on him and he feeded them with the ridiculous amount of Poke-food he had. Rattatas climbed on him and fell asleep in his pockets. He even saw the Pikachu and the Treecko since they couldn't withstand the food he carried! He was so happy! He had made new pokemon friends that even slept in his pockets and on his shoulders! But he never saw any big pokemon though, but he wanted od see one before he left. That's when he noticed the pair of eyes that looked on him through the treetops. He smiled but noticed how all the other Pokemon slowly fled away. He then looked at the Pokemon that was in the trees.

Home at the parents they were worried but tried to calm themselves down in each others company.
”Let's see what's on TV, it might calm” The father said as he turned on the TV which sent out the sound of the news report.
”BREAKING NEWS. A WILD ZOROARK HAS ESCAPED THE FACILITY IT WAS HELD IN. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS AND IS TO BE CAPTURED ON SIGHT! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOUSES ALONE! THE ZOROARK COULD LAST BE SEEN WHEN IT RAN INTO THIS FOREST”, they showed a picture of the forest Nico had entered and pointed to the end, far away from where Nico had started,” THIS IS WHERE IT FLED INTO THE FOREST, WE HAVE NO INFORMATION ON WHERE IT IS NOW BUT THE SPECIALISTS DON'T THINK IT HAS COME TO FAR! THIS IS SAMANTHA HART, SIGNING OUT”
And with this the news ended and the room was filled with the noices of the cartoons. Nicos parents were in a cold sweat.
”H-honey...? You don't think....?” The mother stuttered as she looked at her husband.
”No! He is pefectly fine, I promise you that” Though he had his doubts. ”We have to trust him that he'll be OK...”
”You're right” She takes a deep breath and smiles. ”He's OK”

Nico had been looking at the eyes for over five minutes and they just stared back.
”Who are you...? Come out”
He took some Poke-food ou of his backpack and laid them on a stump. The eyes just followed as he did this and backed up. It let go of the branch it was holding and landed with cat-like agility. And what he saw made him fall back. A Zoroark! Here?! Impossible! The Zoroark was said to be a vicious predator and ruthless to say the least and this one was even bigger than a normal one! He fell onto his back as the Zorroarksmiffed the food and picked one up and ate it. It took another one and soon they were all gone. It looked at him and that is when he saw it, a scarr across its right cheek. It slowly walked to him and he could d nothing than stare as it sat down, putting its paws together and make a bowly out of them. He was confused until he understood with a smile. He too some more Poke-food out of his backpack and put it in its paws which made made her smile a bit and eat the food. She then reached out again and he gave her a refill. In the end his backpack was partly empty and he looked as the Zoroark who was patting her now fluffy belly. Nico chose to make his dinner, he lit a fire on the road and roasted the shunks of meat he had gotten and ate them with some sallad and potato salad. The Zoroark had just watched him as he cooked and only came to smell on the food sometimes. He didn't mind the company as he yawned and stood up, stretching.
”It's late. I should go home”

He then heard the Zoroark whine a bit and he looked at it.
”What is it? Still hungry?”
The Zoroark just shook its head and motioned for Nico to sit down, and he did. The Zoroark then put her backpaws in his lap and blushed.
”What? Your feet needs massage..?”
The Zoroark nodded and looked at him with pleading eyes. He only smiles and takes the right pawand nuzzles it.
”I hoped that you'd ask that”
The Zorroark seemed to smile and then started purring like a motorboat. It relaxed as Nico caressed its tensed up paws. Nico rubbed and nuzzled the Pokemons feet with a happy smile. At last he changed to the Zoroarks front paws which were also a bit tense. He then noticed some more scarrs on its arms.
”What happened to you...?”
The Zoroark drops its smile and looks away but it liked the massage way to much to take its paws back. Nico took this as a bad subject and quickly started carresing the paws again. When he was done the Zoroark rubed its paws happily as Nico stood up and looked at the dark sky, he was late!

”Now I really need to go home”
He said as he packed his things again and cleaned away the soot the fire had made out of the branches. He took onle last look at the Zoroark and nodded.
”Bye, I'll see ya some other time”
He smiled as he started walking but he didn't get more than a few meters behind him as he was grabbed from nehing and something covered his head, something wet and squishy. He struggled but whatever had hold of him had him in a lock. He screamed and struggled as he lifted up into the air and heard gulping and purring. What was this?! What was eating him?!
”Let me go! I'm not food!”
He screamed as his torso was sent into the throat of the creature that was eating him. He now knew there was nothing he could do as he could no longer move his arms so he just did the only simple thing he could: cry. And soon he was trapped inside the stomach. He then noticed something, a lot of half digested Poke-food!
”Z-zoroark......?” He said as he shivered. His peace was broken by a rubbing feeling against his side.
”Tasty!” The voice came from outside.
”W-wh-who are you...?” Nico was feeling scared but he hoped that he wasn't right.
”You don't remember me? My paws certainly remembers you!” It was the Zoroark!
”W-why did you eat me?! I thought we were friends...!” He felt hurt now. He seemed to only be food for the Zoroark. The Zoroark he had counted as the big Pokemong on his list.
”Because I didn't want you to leave...and we are friends, I wouldn't hurt you...” She seemed sadened by this. She had only wanted him to stay?
”But I need to go home!” He was not sure on how to do this.
The Zoroark sighed and started walking.
”W-where are we going?” He was uncertain on what was going to happen.
”My cave. Or my new cave that is....”
”But I really must go home...” He said.
”But I don't want to be left alone again.....” She stopped and hanged her head sadly.
Nico felt a bit bad. But now he needed one answer at least.
”W-where did those scarrs come from...?”
”....The people in the facility I was held in were cruel... I was the only one there...”
So she wasn't born in freedom...?
”I can get you a home....at my house” This was maybe a really bad idea but he felt the need to do it!
”You really think...I could live there....with you...?” Her voice was filled with exitement and hope.
Nico had said the right thing! She was feeling better.
”Well I think I could get my mom and dad toy agree...”
”I-I don't know what to say....” She was so happy, she was even crying in happieness.
”Just get us home, there is nothing you need to say” He smiled and rubbed the walls and listened to her purring as she made her way towards his house. Then he noticed someyhing....something in his jack pockets. He picked something soft up from both of them. He smiled as he held four Rattatas in his arms.
”You'll have company”
She smiled and walked*
”I hope so”
”Wait...how do you know the way to my house?” Nico is confused.
”I might have stalked you a bit..hehe” She rubbed her backhead.
”Oh...I guess that's OK. What's your name by the way?”
”I am Sirena and you?”
”You have a beautiful name. My name is Nico, but you could call me roommate!” *He grinned as he was lulled to sleep with four Rattatas and a Zoroark
