A few new techniques I've picked up. One is to use more photo textures with the highpass filter. It helps give a more realistic texture, but can also help sharpen the image. I'm also spending a lot more time on my lighting, which I think is the big difference maker in my latest paintings.

Unfortunately the tutorials take so much time and it's hard to find that time at the moment. It can take weeks to paint, edit, do the commentary and unfortunately my latest ones have only had a handful of views.
