Description Another character from the 'Dan & Kelly' stories, I thought I'd get a bit of practise with some of the more familiar poses and this was a nice way to do it. For those of you not just ogling the pretty lady, yes, I might consider drawing a little something if you send me an idea I really like. (No promises, and remember I work slow. Glacially slow...)

During off season Suzanne eats around 8000 calories a day, splitting that between 7 meals. She prefers to eat home cooked food and prepares most of her weekly meals in advance on the weekends. She eats a wide range of proteins and vegetables, supplementing her meals with small portions of starchy foods (usually brown rice and yams). No meal goes without some leafy greens where she can help it and her she devotes an entire fridge to stocking her supply of them. She eats cheeses, yogurts and other dairy products sparingly and usually only with breakfast.

She responds better to red meat as her main protein source, supplementing it with fish, though she toyed with the idea of going vegan in her late teens. She tries to avoid any processed foods and rarely uses protein powders or protein bars. "If it's not natural, it's not for me!" she's said throughout her career as a bodybuilder, and has turned down a number of sponsorship deals from protein power manufacturers to stay true to that.

During the run up to competitions she drops to around 5000 calories a day, where she'll cut out dairy altogether and some of the starchy foods. With the amount of exercise she does and the increase in cardio, the relatively small amount of fat she'll accumulate during off season burns off quickly. This means she usually waits until just two or three weeks before a competition to start her cutting phase.

Suzanne was always sporty growing up. She played on many different teams for her schools but never really found anything that suited her temperament. After graduatng from school with good grades but no direction in life, she found herself constantly unhappy. When she approached one of her friends with her frustrations he suggested she accompany him to his local gym to work off her stresses. She had always been athletic and took to resistance training with ease. While she was there she found herself admiring the muscled bodies of the other gym goers and was pleased to see her own body eagerly developing muscle in response to her efforts.

She began to attend regularly and struck up a friendship with one of the personal trainers. After talking with her, Suzanne realised that she could take training on as a career and went on to study to become a PT herself. She used her knowledge to further her own bodybuilding efforts and also to earn her living, attracting clients and sponsorship. Suzanne feels compelled to continue pushing herself, not only to satisfy her own curiosity as to how strong she can get, but to stand out as an example to others as to what can be achieved with healthy living and enough work ethic.

Suzanne is 27 years old, 5 feet ten inches tall and currently weights around 380 pounds, though she is still building muscle and has her sights firmly set on the 400 pound milestone.

She has always been driven and fiercely independant, though she has built a great measure of self awareness. She is quick to identify her flaws, but stays optimistic about tackling them in order to improve and move forward. She always seeks to provide a good example to others and maintains a warm and friendly outlook, even when her time is in demand.
She developed a lot of patience from working with her various clients, being kind and supportive. She is always confident and self assured, but often acts more reserved than would be expected, choosing to let others make clear their intentions. She is intelligent and often surprises people by showing a great deal of intuition. She has no patience for time wasters or users out for their own ends, but cares deeply for the small circle of friends who she treats like family.

Oh Gee, naturally I'd ask her for the classic exercises she'd do in the gym to train such a Huge body: squats, dead-lifts, bench-press, arm curls, triceps pull down ... but with huge weightsΒ Β
