It is an Australian one but not much has been found (only a finger bone that might belong to the alvarezsaurians...I believe...) but since there are not that many australian dinosaurs discovered so even when we have only one bone (well maybe more by now...), we still publicize this creature quite a lot...

Wit, I remember that name now! I saw a drawing of it, restored as an allosaur.

You could be thinking about the Aussie allosauroid, but that is something else different again, it is not the Rapator that you are talking about. What was found for the allosauroid (if it is what it is claim to be...) is an astragalus that resembles the allosaurus's. However no one yet confident enough to say what it is yet... until we get more of this animal... (like most Australian dinosaurs)

As for the Rapator, the element that was found is a proximal phalanx of the first digit that is quite similar to the alvarezsaurs...

I seriously doubt rapator is an Alverezsaur, but a real Australian Alveresaur would be terrifying, if it was big.

There's 6 with the tag, and about three others, 2 by HodariNundu, I believe, mine (first deviation ever), and yours.
