I'm not entirely happy with the anatomy x3 I need to practise wolves more!

Haha, I'm sorry xD I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to anatomy, I practise it a LOT (to answer your question of how ^^)
I haven't practised wolves enough to feel confident about it yet, so that's why I'm not entirely happy. It also doesn't help when the character's design doesn't exactly fit proper wolf anatomy xD

Also, ich finde schon Richtig toll wie du den Auftrag hinbekommen hast. Die ganze Ausstrahlung, wie seine Haltung und der blick rüberkommt ist schon richtig erhaben und stolz wie es gewollt war.
Über die Anatomie könnt ich jetzt nicht meckern, das war eben mit der Schulter aber ich find sonst doch recht gut! ^^
Gerade das Fell haste schon unheimlich toll gemacht, das kommt Richtig schön dicht und lang raus, da leg ich großen Wert drauf. XD
Auch der Hintergrund und die Landschaft sind fantastisch. Wie der Mond alles in sein Licht taucht, wirklich ne sehr schöne Atmosphäre das ganze Bild. :3

Das mit dem leichten Hintergrund könntest glatt auch noch zeigen und wenns nur bei den Scraps wäre das ist doch auch ganz schön ^^

Wolfs-Anatomie muss ich mir demnächst echt mal vornehmen und üben, damit ich nächstes mal etwas sattelfester bin.
Ich freu mich jedenfalls, dass alle Versionen deinen Vorstellungen entspricht! Mal schauen, denk mal ich lad die mit dem alternativen Hintergrund noch hoch.

Warum auch nicht, etwas Übung kann bestimmt nicht schaden wenn noch öfters Wölfe zeichnest.

The level of detail in this is just DIVINE, Dey! Omg I love that crisp and clear winter night sky. All that lovely blue cut by that gorgeous moonlight. The light bouncing off of those mountains too is AWESOME. And all those teeny detailed little trees. WOW. I love the rocks too. So many tiny little cracks and imperfections. AND THE CHARACTER IS SO FLUFFY I WANNA DIE. omg that fur must have taken you aaaages! I love the way the moonlight bounces off of his belly and legs too. You did a fantastic job with this!

I follow a ton of pretty landscape Tumblrs, and every time I see a pretty picture I add it to a massive folder of pretty landscape pictures that I paw through when I'm looking for some inspiration. Nature comes up with FAR cooler backgrounds than I ever could <__<.

I also follow some landscape tumblrs and save anything that inspires me. I just need to actually USE those more often xD

Die Beine und Pfoten sehen im Vergleich zum Rest des Körpers vielleicht ein bisschen seltsam aus. Aber ich liebe es wie viel Detail du immer in das Fell oder den Hintergrund steckst

Seltsam ist ein schwieriges Wort für Kritik ^^ Man kann sich nicht so viel darunter vorstellen. Ich denke, der Fellbehang der Beine und die Größe der Pfoten sind das "Problem", aber daran ließ sich nix ändern. So war nunmal das Characterdesign ^^

Thank you x3 I struggle most with the faces. I would've done a lot differently about the anatomy but many of the things (stockiness, big paws, long fur hangings etc) were requested this way.
