Description
A new desktop - I'm still working on it. =Anowia 's wall caught my eye, and I thought it would look nice with my config. Edited some of the skins a lot - Hope you like it!

Uh.... i'll try
Copy all the foldes you find in the downloads [ you'll have to use winRAR or 7Zip ] into Documents/Rainmeter/Skins.
Run/Restart rainmeter, and on the icon there'll be a menu called Configs - where you'll find a folder menu. Click on the skins in the folders using the config menu, and they'll appear on the desktop.
Now, move them around until you get it to look like you want... that's about it.

My whole PC sucks - I'm using an ancient CPU, sucker graphics card, ZERO hardware acceleration, and a 1GB RAM. Along with 80 GB of hard disk.
And I managed to make it look cool. I think you can too - since you definitely have something better than my trashy hardware.

doesn't matter - this feel can be gotten even in XP if you have rocketdock, and download the skins from the links in the credits.
