This two page spread is from my comic The Legendary Sisters of the Laughing Doggebi . A kind of Charlie's Angels meets the A-Team in Joseon Korea. It marks the first time the Sisters galvanized as a unit. But you know already, ain't nothing wroth with Joseon anything.
Though Hwarang/Silla was still some of the best.

Silla doesn't distinguish itself from China enough, and that's what makes Joseon remarkable. It's the most culturally definable as distinctly non-Chinese of the Korea eras. It's also one of the most technologically advanced cultures in the region at the time. Japan and China both take credit for inventions that were in fact Joseon innovations.

Well that's a given, about Silla. We all know that. Silla however was more proficient with the Hwarang warriors and their female counterparts, the Wonhwa (not equivalent but still important). That and Silla was pretty helpful in getting Baekje and Gogoryeo to unite in the Three Kingdoms Era.
But nobody here is dismissing Joseon as the most significant. I mean, homey King Sejong creates the very identity of a Korean right then and there.

My English is not good, so I don't understand your oppinion. But, I can say Silla is one of ancient age of korea states. And Joseon is late14c~early20c's old korea's nation, and King sejong is Joseon's 4th King.
