Oh Rinoa, Rinoa....When I played Final Fantasy VIII for the first time, I didn't like Rinoa very much. I was always a Trepie...but playing it when I was a bit older, I realized that Rinoa is pretty great. I have to say, she just may be one of the most charismatic FF heroines....because seriously? Think about all the other FF heroines...BORING, DULL, & LIFELESS (Not to say that I don't love them too)
But Rinoa definitely had a lot of energy and spunk. She definitely had that "Princess" like personality, but she was also very endearing and I did like that Nomura purposely intended on creating not a "pretty" girl but a really "cute" unique beauty. He succeeded. Here is my tribute to the lovely Timber Owl, Rinoa...doing what she ALWAYS did (that skank) in her iconic flower field! :}

Really though, I didn't do anything but appreciate great beauty. I love the "bushels" of color in the lovely pastels, you drew Rinoa's hair BEAUTIFULLY, you gave her nice curves, an intriguing action with her hand/lips...I'm just appreciating the art that you made! I can't make art, I have no drawing ability...I am in awe of people who have such genuine talent.

She's beautiful! And I was kind of like you, I was always more fond of Quistis I guess because I related to her (First video game character I had seen with Glasses that could still kick but, plus we have almost the same hair color...plus personality wise..)
