Description 1. open
2. color balance
3. paint using the burn tool
4. paint some more
5. use different burn paint tools!
6. change blending mode of each layer you create... this one's probably luminousity
7. color balanced on a different level on overlay blending mode
8. don't forget to use masking techniques to keep bruises in certain areas on certain layers (look up my masking tut for reference)
9. combine all layers after the final adjustments... and yes I still adjusted after this.
10. sharpen and color balance to greenish again, burned in some details on the nose

Basically, I played with the burn tool and color balance on different layers and blended them different ways to create the bruises. Find your own blood. Mine's real.

The part I like is that it goes from beautiful to beautiful.
