Here's the pattern which I used to create the Ampharos plushies I made. You can scale this pattern to your desired size; right now, if you print this pattern out landscape on 2 pages with 0.5 inch margins, you'll get roughly a 10-inch plush. However I personally recommend scaling it up a bit due to the stripes; if the stripes are smaller it'll be harder to line them up well.
