hey guys, I originally planned this version of my OC Cometracer to be in a Rescuebots fanfic, but since I haven't been in a fanfic writing mood lately, it'll most likely never be written. X( but here she is anyway as well as a little back story to her that I had planned.

name: Cometracer
Faction: Autobot/Rescuebot
vehicle mode(s): motorcycle and BD-5 Jet (world's smallest jet)
Optics: Blue (most of the recuebots have yellow optics)
Function: First response
Love interest: Chase

She has cybergliphic symbols on her forearms that means the Cybergliphic letter E, but also means 'Strength- both inner core strength and physical strength; strength of conviction, chassis, and spark.' (was takn from a website that I can't remember, but was about and had all thecybertronian symbols as shown throughout all continuities of transformers, including Bayverse) this detail was supposed to play a big role later in the fic I planned.

Backstory: Cometracer was made a special ops agent on Optimus Prime's team when she crashed to Earth on her escape pod, as she used to be back on Cybertron. but, she has a dark past surrounding her abilty to triple change. she had been taken prisoner by Decepticons back on Cybertron and planted with a Trojan virus, that gave her a Dr. Jekall and Mr. Hyde complex. she became Darknova, a spy for the decepticons behind enemy lines. she didn't recall whatever she did as Darknova, to keep the charade as long as possible. but one day, she transformed into Darknova and was caught by the kids, Jack, miko and raff, and was captured by the Autobots. Ratchet did what he could to remove the virus, but Cometracer still always felt like it was still there and she kept to herself mostly after that.  Though her transformation into Darknova was removed, she retained er jat mode. since upon removing the virus, all the forgotten memories of slaughtering her own autobot friends returned and haunted her. She also bcame hesitant to use her Jet mode, for fear that it might trigger the virus again.
     during this time of healing, Optimus decided to reassign her to a calmer situation, Griffon Rock under Heatwave's command. both the bots and humans were suprized but glad to see a femmbot join the team, as there are not many left. (aside from Arcee) she did well in first response with Blades and Dani, sometimes taking Cody or Frankie, but mostly using her hologram driver. as time went on, she noticed that chase was rather awkward at times around her, almost as much as Blades. she later catches on that he likes her and begins hinting that she likes him too.
    eventually, Cometracer's dark past gets revealed to the other Bots. all but Heatwave, who becomes slightly less trusting of her, forgive her as it was not her fault. but when the Decepticons finally find out about Griffon Rock, she has no choice but to use her jet mode. She helps fight the 'cons off, but here fears are realized when her colors turn to black and purple and loses control to Darknova. Chase was the only who can bring her back to her senses.
