Well i used lightwave 3D to model them. but before that i made some sketches of the characters.
and thanks again, i was doing that animation but for major reasons i haven't finished

Is this Lightwave 3D very heavy program? Does it take lots of ram?

well Lightwave isn't the heaviest software but sure is one of the best, easy to learn, very fast rendering, lots of modeling tools, very complete.
At least you should have 256MB of Ram to run, but I recomend 512MB or up.

Maybe ill try it. 3d studio max was too heavy to use so maybe this will be better ^^

3D studio max is a great software too, one of the oldest in the field.
