Amazing lightening effect; the circle and how Sheep Man glows. It looks really good. The dark background helps set it out.

Sorry, I forgot to note this. But do you think you could redo your signature so that it's smaller? I know you just don't want people to steal your work, but it's a bit distracting, especially since you made such an awesome effort on the rest of the picture.

Yeah, it is kind of obnoxious, isn't it? Signatures are the things that piss me off the most, cause I want a cool signature XD You can see bad attempts at graphic sigs in other pieces.
This though... this I think I was just too zoomed in with the cintiq. It tends to screw my proportions and sizing on bodies too when I work like that >.o

God, this contest is generating so much bitchin' artwork. Great job! I'm holding my breath because I was genuinely surprised what the Commando Man competition was like, but I think this'll be one of the best entries this week. He really looks like a little storm cloud here.
