Yeah, of course everyone's got forms or modes! This actually has to do with the background to my character, and of course a side story along with it. Maybe I'll finally write a real copy of it down, I usually just go by memory. He helps with a team of others to prevent the balance of light and dark from faultering. By entering a plane known as Stark, the team battles either the good or light enemies, known as Krats. (Stark backwards, a lot of things are mirrored in Stark, so this is not just a coincidence). Of course, it requires a lot of spiritual strain to retain a balance of light and dark within oneself while on the turbulent plane of Stark, and it's not unheard of too lose the balance. When Arck becomes knocked unconcious or loses control of himself, the demons arise and force the darkness out, forming his evil self, Ariz. He has no control over this form, and it's extremely quick and destructively. Fortunately, with such a burst of power and speed this form tires quickly and reverts to its original state. (Known as the 'elastic effect' on non-Krat beings in Stark). Never has this form been summoned on command, and it is highly doubtful that it ever will be. Of course, with dark comes light, but the light side is harder to become, but is controllable. Unfortunately, the light side is more stable, and usually disrupts the dark and light balance itself, so it is also very dangerous to use. A normal being in either light or dark form on Stark cannot leave the plane without destroying both planes, something that Ariz has attempted to do, but fortunately been stopped. Ariz has only reared his head twice, both with devastating and near-unrepairable damage.
