Here's another Robot Master idea...Data Man! I'm close to 100 and more Robot Masters!

Name: Data Man
Weapon: Data Bomb
Abilities:

- He can fire spheres of explosive energy made from collected data.

- He can teleport around the room in the form of data, which consists of small, neon-green squares.

- He can fire a green laser from his face that travels in a straight line. He has to charge up the laser first, though.

- He can transform into anyone he desires temporarily until he gets struck by his weakness.

Personality: He's very nerdy and usually uses computers for his work AND leisure. Also, he has a fear of spiders, as they can chew up his circuitry and cause havoc with his data.
