This character is going to be the first introductuon of the Asetorian Civil Protection/Disruption unit. Specializing in stirring unrest in the general populace while often posing as the standard Asetorian policing unit, often slipping in and out of their ranks with few noticing. The groups is most norious for its modus operandum of announcing their prescence in the area as doctored paraphanilia warning of their prescence and general activities. Although, they practice this extreme loss of surprise their operation greatly benefit from the disruption and distrust sewn into the infiltrated target group. The group is extremely secretive and although are often known for being deployed when the situation calls. It has many operators inbedded in crime syndicates, gangs, and crime families alike, some even being present during their inception.

Its operators specialize in evasion, espionage, counter-intelligence, public, and foreign relations manipulation. Many of its members being ex-resistance leaders in successful coup d'tats, struggles of power, and assasinations.
