This is great for the handicapped and physically disabled people like myself, I've had arthogryposis my whole life and it sucks

I agree completely, but sometimes I treat some people a little differently, mainly because they're low functioning, and can't understand things like I can.

Yeahhhhhh. About that. No one does it anymore. I assault a few people, get threatened with jail, all my problems go away. In seventh grade, I was considered a problem child, because I wouldn't deal with anyone's crap. I wanted respect, and I got it.

I am autistic, a friend of mine has PTSD, another one Borderline, my Boyfriend is handicapped and a lot others I know have Depression, Burn Out and other kind of sickness.
I still take them as this what they are... my friends and wonderful People I have met in my life, who taught me a lot.

Thank you for this! It's the exact reason why I dislike telling people about my diagnosis. They will start treating me like if I were less of a person. And this would annoy me much.

Yes I do feel that way at times, but I find being assertive and straight forward gets most peoples attention. To hell with the ones who have no common sense or courtesy.

YES. And I get sick of the drivers of my school buses referring to me on the radio as "a wheelchair".
Seriously. They say that. I can see the practicalness of it, but still...
Thank you for making this

I have a lot of people who don't believe I have a disability because I can walk. I have an "invisible" disability, which doesn't mean I don't have one!
