Description
This is a picture I made for my Power Ranger Neo story, specifically the Light Speed Rescue Arc.

the Arc once again has a group of 6 Rangers fighting an army of Demons who are trying to destroy the city of Mariner Bay, a large seaside city in California that is once home to their mighty palace before the demons where sealed inside a tomb.
The Rangers operate out of the Light Speed Aqua Base, a massive S.H.I.E.L.D. base constructed in the actual Bay outside of Mariner Bay. The powers and Zords are all constructed by S.H.I.E.L.D scientists, using information gathered from the Ranger's Power Coins during their time working with S.H.I.E.L.D., and the morphers are made from remnant's of the original 6 Power Coins that were deactivated at the end of the "In Space" Arc.
Light Speed also takes place at the exact same time as Lost Galaxy, taking place on Earth while Lost Galaxy was in space.

The Light Speed Rangers are comprised of two former original Power Rangers and 3 new candidates, with a 6th Ranger gaining the Titanium Morpher at a later date.
May Winters was made the Red Light Speed Ranger, nominated as candidate when she stayed on Earth while most of her comrades went off into space. Being the former Pink and then White Ranger, she is quite qualified for the role of leader.
A former Navy Diver, Leon Smith is made the Blue Light Speed Ranger, has knowledge of under water terrain a valuable asset.
Archie Chen is a daring test and stunt pilot, his skill in the air a valuable skill piloting his flying Zord as the Green Light Speed Ranger.
Kelly Walters was a park ranger and skilled mountain climber, and is granted the power of the Yellow Light Speed Ranger
Kat Turner is the former second Pink Ranger, and new Pink Light Speed Ranger as well. Her Father, Captain Allen Turner, a high ranking S.H.I.E.D. officer, was responsible for the creation of the Light Speed Aqua Base, and when his daughter wants to go into space on a mission with the other rangers, he insists she stay on Earth.
When Queen Bansheera's Demon army is released, he calls her in to the Light Speed Aqua Base as a member of the Light Speed Rangers. It was Kat who calls in May to be the team leader.
Robert Turner is the older brother of Kat, and the son of Captain Alan Turner, was lost at a young age, when Alan made an unenviable with the Demon Diablico, leader of the Demon army, to save his son's life. In return, Diabolico gained control of Robert until he turned 20. At this point, Robert had been brainwashed by Diabolico and poisoned against his sister and father. Robert was given a stolen Titanium morpher, and turned against the other Light Speed Rangers.
Latter on, his sister convinces him to rejoin the squad and reject Diabolico. That rejection comes at a terrible price of a deadly curse, that is only evaded upon Diabolico's death.
