I love the colour choices you used here there so neon in a way ( no clue if that makes sense ) but it makes it nice to look at and you also did a fantastic job on the cat well done

Do you mean tips on drawing animals, or just drawing in general? What usually helps me a lot (especially with drawing animals) is surrounding myself with other artist's work. I pick out what I like about their art styles and try to bring that into my own work. The only real risk in doing this is that it is a lot of times too easy to accidentally copy a certain style, and then it doesn't look like your own anymore. I have found myself in that situation quite a few times, actually. Another thing that will help improve your drawings is to study real life. Even if you are going for a more cartoony look, it is helpful to know how things really look and work. And also, as everyone says, keep practicing! It will certainly pay off.
