Instead she was being famous as the Boy-Who-Lived's academic rival, whom name happened to be Hermione Granger.

One small nitpick -- the grammar is slightly weird. In both the 2nd and the 3rd panel, i think it'd be slightly better English if they just said "scored", not "had scored"
