Hello, our group is about to release his first CD in a month, and we would know if it was possible to get the right to use your work for the cover of this CD. Our songs (in French) are a clever mix of rock and influences including Celtic. It talks of the evils of society, spill sticky feet but also of hope ... Please tell us what to do. We are very interested in one of your works. Contact: hy_rockfestif@orange.fr

The thumbnail of this caught my eye because of the brilliant composition and intriguing colours... I didn't realize it was oil spill until I read your comment, which makes it all the more excellent. You captured this really well.

"Fight the oil spill", says the people on their way to work in their v10 Titan who's tires are 10+ gallons of oil alone, after eating pig for breakfast in their 80 degree heated over-sized home that is painted with 50 gallons of paint for aesthetics.

...says the guy typing from his computer in his own heated home with cozy petroleum-based carpet. Ah, yes. Damn humans.

It actually looks like stirred up mud mixed with bad brine. If it were oil, it'd be black and chunky due to the salt and colder surface water. And by the time you get to it, the oil would have crystallized, with the help of the sand, into coal-like stones. But yeah, that isn't oil.
