Sheesh, how can I draw a proper fanart if the only reference I have is a blurry screenshot?

So anyway, `Charmandarz was holding this giant villain collab. Being that I've had zero motivation for the past month or so, I jumped at the opportunity to get to draw something again. So I picked Chaos from Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light, 'cause if there's one thing I love, it's a villain with class, and nothing says classy for a villain quite like a top hat and cape.
