Grumpy is popular enough to move t-shirts and other merch in regular retail stores, why doesn't Disney have him out and about as a greeter?

Because, for him to make sense, he'd probably have to be out with Snow, or all six of the other dwarves...and I don't know if Disney thinks they have room for the latter >_>
