woah mate, looks sweet.. theres only 2 things i dn't like
navigation text colour hard to see in contrast to white make it black or dark dark grey.. and a tiny bit bigger
and make the source fm logo a tiny bit smaller, its coz it looks sexual and the colours stand out from the grey... so ur eye focuses mostly on the logo...
other than that great job mate.. i'll watch ya thanks for watchin me ... talk soon

Awesome design Love the colours, although its the kind of site that looks better when you view it in a dark room because then you can make out the different shading better (or perhaps that's just my eyesight?). Anyway, great work. btw you got a typo in "launch"
