This is very cute. I'm guessing that you use photoshop? I can tell by the little people and the hearts. Very cool though. I love the crooked rainbow. Very original. What is that building? Do you know? Either way, GREAT JOB!-Steve

To answer all of your questions though...
...I used photoshop and Illustrator. The little people I think are stock from the program, though the hearts used here aren't, I don't much like the stock ones. The rainbow was for some depth and perspective...though I guess if you look at it flat on it looks crooked haha!
And finally, the building is the Telstra Tower, which is a local landmark here where I live. I created a vectory of the tower, and it's the main feature of this piece. Basically, I have a few things that use local landmarks in my gallery.
