It's just like a scene from my FF, where Blight hadn't die, and he managed to kill Shriek and Inque in AA (because they failed in fight with Batman). But then someone else awakening in new Arkham Asylum. Radioactive, burning antagonist known as Dr. Phosphorus*...
* Blight is a mix of Lex Luthor and Dr. Phosphorus.
