After so many years, I’m so very excited to hear the very bandicoot that inspired me to start drawing early into my childhood is finally returning! Seeing the Skylanders redesign of Crash was a bit surprising at first but he definitely resembles more his original concept art by Charles Zembillas: i.imgur.com/KgEkVBE.jpgAlthough these two concept art pieces will always be my absolute favorites: i.imgur.com/b5OMJzk.gif i.imgur.com/TwJ4p1o.jpg
Much like Crash Bandicoot himself throughout the games (being passed from developer to developer), my style of drawing him as evolved so much over the years . Looking over both of game designs and my own iterations of him reminds me of the purity of drawing and having fun - trying new things and experimenting! Letting the inner evil scientist in us all break through and to create! I hope the drawings in the link above also inspires you to keep on keeping on~ Here's to the future and may you all feast upon wumpa fruit in victory!

Been playing nothing but that nonstop, I love going back and playing my childhood games all over again, they're filled with memories and just waves of happiness. I'm so excited with the Skylanders version of him too, LIKE HE LOOKS SO GOOD, I'M HAPPY HE'S NOT BEING RUINED LIKE SONIC BOOM, dear lord let him not be ruined..

I love those concepts, I always look at the one coloured goo.gl/vo2H0V , it really takes me back to the days.

Thanks, man. Took forever to figure out what kind of position / angle I wanted for his legs... Always loved the slick and more slender Crash designs. Gives his posture a great sense of fluidity. His design in Skylanders is real quirky and charming albeit somewhat goofy and chunky - far far better than his MoM / Titans designs, regardless.
