Description:
Sophia is enjoying her Halloween night trick-or-treating (As a 23 year old? Shouldn't she be at a party instead?) dressed as Akko from Little Witch Academia. Since she had finished college, she repurposed and dyed her uniform to match Akko's. But watch out! There's a looming threat that wants to make her outfit a little more permanent...~

My Thoughts:
I truly wasn't intending to make a Halloween piece this year. Literally yesterday I was thinking of just doing a comic, maybe 3 panels. But even then I wasn't sure whether I would do that. But after waking up at 4am this morning and not being able to go back to sleep, I thought I'd make good use of my time and just make a Halloween animation. The idea was always gonna be the same: Use the new projection shrinkwrapping I learnt 3 days ago to make Sophia "embedded" into some objects. At first appearing normal but with a camera shift it shows she is really just a sticker against the objects. How I would do this with a Halloween theme though kept stumping me until I realised that this is the time for monsters so I decided to just make a sentient alien Pumpkin which really wants to just seal people into the ground like graffiti or a big sticker. Rigged it all myself since it didn't really take long, not even the weird alien jelly legs. I simply used puppet-animation for that where I just move my mouse around whilst the animation is playing, hence why the legs move really strangely. Honestly, when everything fell into place, the animation was made very quickly. I think this took around 3 hours to finish? Just shows when I do have passion to just work on something, I can get it done in record time. Not a bad animation either. Definitely not my best, but far from my worst. I'll let you be the judge of that!
Edit: Why the hell does the "Happy Halloween!" text at the end move? It shouldn't move I don't remembering animating it wtf
