I did this aaages ago, in my pre-depression stage, just thought I'd submit it, it was always one of my favourite pieces.The original pic was a very boring statue in a very boring church hallway type thing, I would link it, but I did this so long ago, I've lost it. Sorry.

it seems to be the trouble that people usually comment just by "cool" or "nicely done", but i think after doing something like that one deserves something more then a comment fit on one line.

Yeah, that really annoys me too. Though I'm guilty of doing it myself sometimes. Only if I can think of nothing else to say. It's really annoying, you see a picture you love, but can't think of anything to say about it

oh i think that everyone of us is guilty of that sometimes. i just try to fit some words into even TRY to express something i feel or think. you learn something about self there too.

My favorite part of this picture is the fact that the first archway resembles the top part of an eye lid, and the statue and everything else deeper in is inside the open eye. I love the colors and the brightness of it.
