Personality:
Winston is the sly and sharp-witted companion of the series, Streetlight . The son of one of the CEO's of the International Streetlight League, he and his sisters have inherited a large sum of money, and a peak interest in the popular sport itself. He can be an astute businessman when needed, but overall dreams of holding a job as a private investigator. In contrast to Sandra 's witty puns, Winston tends to make clever comebacks.

Weapons:
Developed by himself and his father, Winston uses the Gemini Whips. They're not meant to do a lot of up front physical attacks, but rather increasing side affects. Both arrow-shaped whips are blasted at an extreme velocity from the chamber and can be steered by their handles for a short time before retracting. In this short time, Winston can attack his opponent, throw objects around, and even hurl himself across the terrain (albeit not for large distances, since he doesn't fair too well with his feet off the ground). Inside both whips are gel inserts that can be exchanged by Winston to cause his opponent more harm than a blunt point.

Yellow: Paralysis, makes the opponent go numb the more times contact is made. Too many hits and the opponent can fall, unable to move.

Purple: Limited poison, makes the opponent feel unwell until they forfeit.

Blue: Permafrost, increases the weight of the whip and impact against the opponent. This limits the whip's range but makes up for it in power.

Green: Stink Bomb, can be launched by the whip or thrown by hand to deceive opponents as they try to figure out what affect this gel has. The stink itself creates a large cloud of horrible odor.

Trivia:
-Winston and Oc do not get along. They'll make amends eventually, but...
-He's secretive about his family life.
-His cool guy facade is constantly poked at by Sandra. She's determined to make him loosen up.
-In his original design, Winston was to be the antagonist of Streetlight.
