My Sapporo contest entry. I had another idea for this contest that I will share with you shortly. I wanted to base my drawing on something that would represent Sapporo (the city in Japan). The thing that hitted me from this city were the mountains that you can see on the horizon. I tried to represent that and add some traditionnaly drawn clouds. I also used cherry blossom to represent the cold mist coming out from the can. I decided to do a side triangle composition in this one because I think it has a great dynamic. I also used a textured canvas in the background.
