Black Ball Point Pen 0.05mm + Light blue Color Pencil |Paper 165 gsm | 16x23 cmThere should have been a light blue sky as a background but my scanner didn't think it was necessary.
Have to find a better scanning device soon.
Obviously inspired from the work of Lebbeus Woods,
perhaps a little too much!
I am not really happy with the title by the way, any better ideas?

i faved this piece a while back, but cleanin up my fav folders today and came across it again...
su-per powerful, i can feel the movement of the hand rushing down. also it really looks like a hand to me, with thumb pointed at us. super cool

Glad to hear! You got the "thumb" part right I guess, I mean that's how I perceive it myself. I wanted to achieve a dynamic feel so it's nice to hear that it gave you that feeling, some could say that it seems a little static in some parts. Thanks for the comment.

On my screen If I duck down I can see a bit of blue in the sky ^^ I think this deserves a comment, because you want feedback and people seem to have a bad habit of favoriting work and not saying why these days.
Anyways, when I look at this piece, it doesn't scream "I'm a hand!!!" at me, but I like it anyway ^^ I love the way the top two panels are done, the effect you've managed to get I think is really quite impressive

Well yeah I have got to get a better scan of this piece, the sky will help connect the separate frames. The truth is that I wasn't trying to create a hand at first. I had the general concept in mind and started creating abstract shapes in favor of the composition. Gradually it gave me the impression of a giant hand coming down from the sky. So yeah, I get why someone can be confused a bit.
