She's supposed to be wearing an eyepatch, so you don't usually see it. I'm not sure if it's going to be a prosthetic eye, or just an eye she can't see with or what yet.

Ahh I see, well I can't help but be reminded of 'Strike Witches' an anime I like (though I probably shouldn't) where on character wears and eyepatch as one of her eyes in imbued with a powerful magic that allows her to see the 'heart' of the alien machines so they can destroy it, maybe you could do something like that.
Or just give her an eyepatch cause they're sexy.

Well maybe you cold just do what they did in 'Ghost in the Shell' and just make it have like infrared and shit she's your space pupper/kitty/whatever so you do what you do and I'm sure it will be cool and weirdly fetishistic.
