Nicely framed shot, sexy girl - but something's missing. Something to make it stand out from the hundreds of other nicely framed shots of sexy girls out there.
It really bugs me that I can't work out what that 'something' would be - the kink in her hair to the left of the headband is distracting, but not "downgrade from great to good" distracting. Perhaps it needs more thematic depth, different surroundings to somehow emphasise the contrast of the sweetly innocent face vs the tattoos/spikes? That's a stretch, but at least it's something.
Just a thought. The hearts on the nipples is a nice touch, too.
