I asked Blue for permission to use his stuff, hounded a few places he gathers his work, and in total got 5 Ideas...at least for now.

The first, of course, should be his Character Card.

Blue's stats are fairly normal, and he can't deal any type of damage but Wind-Thunder...however, he gives you access to two cards, which I'll upload after this, which if played smart can turn the tide. His Fury, Discharge, is more effective the more Fury he's gathered or the fewer enemies he faces. You'll have to plan ahead to make it effective.
